⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Five-Star Masterpiece-
Duck City Bistro is Davenport’s Crown Jewel
Duck City Bistro absolutely dazzled us. From the moment we stepped inside, the service, the ambiance, and the entire experience felt nothing short of luxurious. The staff delivered impeccable, white-glove treatment with genuine warmth- attentive without being intrusive, polished without feeling pretentious.
The food? Spectacular. Every dish was crafted with artistry and intention, bursting with flavor and presented beautifully. It’s the kind of culinary experience that lingers with you long after the last bite.
The vibe is chic, intimate, and effortlessly glamorous. The perfect setting for a celebratory night. We were there for our friend’s birthday, and the team made her feel like absolute royalty. Their attention to detail and thoughtful touches transformed the evening into something truly unforgettable.
If you want an elevated, memorable dining experience in Davenport, Duck City Bistro is the place. Pure magic from start to finish. ✨🖤🍾

What an absolute gem of a restaurant. I stopped in on 2/25/2025 for a solo dinner. Was greeted by the chef who gave a rundown of all the dishes, which you could actually look at while he described each.
I sat at the bar and had the pleasure of being waited on by Molly. She was exceptional. I had the escargot with bread as an appetizer and then had the Chef’s Combo of veal and duck. It was fantastic. I met a gentleman who had the Cajun ribeye which you can see pictured as well.
Can’t wait to be back in Davenport. This place is on my must eat list anytime I’m in the area now.

Very nice restaurant with amazing food. The initial greeting at the door was interesting and welcoming. First visit and had to go with the duck. Have to say I was impressed. It was better than I had expected. The bread was delicious, the salad was as expected. We went with onion ring for an appetizer which unfortunately were more like onion straws. Service was great, without too much of a timely wait for food. Would absolutely recommend. Only trouble is which entree to go with next time. Side note... We did get the salted caramel cheesecake for dessert, but had to get it to go, so no review on that but I'm sure it will be amazing.

I had an absolutely phenomenal experience at Duck City Bistro! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was total vibes, warm, inviting, and filled with great energy. It's the perfect place for a special night out.
The chef was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain each feature of the menu, which was a nice personal touch. It was clear that they put a lot of thought and care into every dish. Our server was equally impressive, attentive, friendly, and very thorough in explaining the menu and wine pairings.
As for the food...WOW! We started with a couple of appetizers, the crab cakes were perfectly crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, while the escargot was a decadent treat that we couldn't get enough of. Then came the Delmonico steak, absolutely insane. It was cooked to perfection, tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. And let's not forget the desserts, they were a sweet finish to an unforgettable meal.
Every aspect of the experience at Duck City Bistro was top-notch. If you're looking for a place that delivers amazing food, impeccable service, and a vibe that makes you feel right at home, this is it. Highly recommend!

First-time visitor and absolutely blown away. I had the filet mignon, and everything from the flavor to the presentation was beyond my expectations. Hands down the best-tasting food I’ve had in the Midwest. Duck City Bistro is on another level — I’ll definitely be back.

Duck City Bistro was phenomenal. Holly the bartender was incredible—welcoming, attentive, and made the night even better. Chef James absolutely nailed it. The NY strip with risotto was perfect, and the mussels appetizer was outstanding. Easily a must-visit in Davenport.

One of the best food experiences I’ve ever had. The chef invited guests to the front display right before seating to explain all items on and off the menu. Started off with the lobster bisque and escargot which both erupted with flavor. The blackened Cajun ribeye with etouffee was cooked to perfection and the etoufee was very rich and complex. The duck confeit was also insanely tender and the best I’ve ever had.

First experience at Duck City Bistro. Friday early evening without a reservation, I recommend reservation! The chef met us at the door, inviting us in and assuring a table for us. Before going to our table we where treated the most entertaining show by the chef displaying all the main courses. This was over the top entertainment and assured us we where in for a great dinner. The waiter sat us promptly providing us a short into to the drink menu and dinner menu. The staff was very good. We ordered a vodka martini and a Margarita. Drinks came quick, top shelf drinks.
A fresh sour dough bread loft with roasted garlic and fresh butter. The bread was very fresh with garlic was absolutely delicious.
Ordered horseradish encrusted salmon and Blackened Cajun Mahi Mahi. It hard to describe in words the amazing flavors, rich, fresh and perfectly prepared. The mashed potatoes with the salmon complimented perfectly. The Cajun sauce with the mahi mahi worked perfectly with the Blackened slices. The roasted tomato was unique and delicious. Had to try dessert and that was Creme Brule caramelized so perfect! The wine list was small but very good selections to choose the perfect compliment. When we left we where again greeted by the chef and thanked us for choosing to dine at Duck City Bistro. Truly a unique dining experience. 5 stars does not do justice. This is a must and will be a regular stop for us.
